As previously announced, PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING has joined the GEWISS Group, leading international company in the production of solutions for home & building automation, protection and energy distribution systems, e-mobility and smart lighting. Today, we are pleased to announce that starting January 1 2024 PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING NEDERLAND N.V. will officially become a new trading company, integrating PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING and GEWISS offers, and allowing us to be closer to our customers, with new business opportunities. Acting as a team “powered by GEWISS”, guided by values and cornerstones such as integrity, excellence and sustainability, we will be able to increase the range of services and solutions, covering different types of areas and applications.

PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING NEDERLAND is set to transform into a dedicated sales office, enhancing the efficiency of deliveries and invoicing directly from the Netherlands. Simultaneously, the GEWISS Group will establish a direct presence in the country to bolster end-to-end services across its entire product range.

Embracing a collaborative approach, the two brands will hence operate as a unified team "powered by GEWISS," sharing the same values of integrity, excellence, and sustainability. This strategic alliance further broadens the range of available services and solutions, covering diverse areas and applications and providing clients with several benefits:

Paul Beerepoot, Director of PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING NEDERLAND, envisions a comprehensive lighting solution for B2B customers through this merger. Some operational updates:

- All (partial) orders not delivered by December 19, 2023, will be invoiced by PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING NEDERLAND.

- Order confirmations for deliveries in 2023 will be (re)issued from PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING NEDERLAND in January 2024.
