On November 7, the GEWISS Experience Center in Cenate Sotto (Bergamo) hosted the graduation ceremony of the Future Leader Program (FLP), a recently completed excellence-driven training program organized by GEWISS in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management.

Future Leader Program: a path to tomorrow’s leaders
The Future Leader Program is an advanced development and training pathway created by GEWISS in collaboration with the prestigious SDA Bocconi School of Management. The program, lasting fifteen months and structured around training modules, hands-on projects and continuous feedback from tutors and managers, was designed to identify and prepare high-potential talents within the organization. Launched in September 2023, the Future Leader Program provided the twenty-three participants with the skills and tools needed to face current and future business challenges, fostering leadership aligned with GEWISS’ values and strategic vision.
The program focused on several key goals, ranging from developing a deep awareness of the international context in which GEWISS operates to interpret and respond to global changes, to creating an integrated company vision, mastering management methodologies and tools, and promoting inclusion and innovation.
This critical investment, aimed at ensuring a qualified and prepared leadership to support GEWISS on its growth path, reaffirms the Group’s commitment to cultivating a shared corporate culture and building a team of “innovation promoters” capable of driving change and effectively facing future challenges.
Project presentations and diploma ceremony at the GEWISS Experience Center
The Future Leader Program graduation ceremony officially recognized the skills acquired during the program, marking a significant achievement for both the participants and the company and highlighting GEWISS' commitment and vision in training tomorrow’s leaders.
The ceremony began with the presentation of the final projects, during which participants showcased solutions developed on strategic and innovative topics. Each group presented their ideas and answered questions, receiving feedback from a jury composed of SDA Bocconi representatives and GEWISS sponsors. The projects covered key topics for the company, such as environmental sustainability, e-business, product digitalization and servitization, and new market entry: each highlighted the teams’ analytical skills and ability to offer concrete solutions for GEWISS’ future.
At the end of the presentations, the jury convened to assess and select the winning project, considering the originality, feasibility and strategic impact of each proposal. During the award ceremony, Paolo Cervini, CEO of GEWISS, announced the winners and emphasized the value of their contributions to the company’s growth, demonstrating how the Future Leader Program stimulates innovative and change-oriented ideas.
The culminating phase of the event was the graduation ceremony, during which each participant was called up to receive their certificate, marking both the end of the training program and, simultaneously, the participants’ entry into the GEWISS team of future leaders. The evening concluded with a pleasant dinner at the picturesque Cascina dei Filagni in Grumello del Monte (Bergamo).
The ceremony held on November 7 was an occasion for celebration and a moment of reflection on GEWISS' commitment to training its talents and preparing them to face global market challenges. The event reinforced GEWISS’ goal of building a qualified, innovation-oriented leadership team capable of steering the company toward an even more sustainable and competitive future.
